Activity + Results:
Solar Panels and parts were unloaded into our Arlington, TX facility where they were stored for a period of 8 months. Upon receiving - we took photos, reported any damages, and made sure all pictures and notes were sent to the client within 12 hours of receiving.
During this period, there were extended order delays, as well as holding the panels three months longer than expected. Our team was able to successfully provide the correct information to our clients, as well as able to accommodate the additional storage time.

Apparel/Merchandise
Requirements:

Collate all apparel and merchandise from various suppliers around the USA and China.

Activity + Results:
Our team received over 25,000 pieces of apparel, as well as 65 pallets of
merchandise over a span of two weeks. Once received, we bagged/tagged each apparel item into a custom poly bag and put them in their designated bin.
All items would then be available via our clients Shopify system for orders. We average over 5,000 orders a month - all direct through our WMS.
